Website Maintenance

Most web site designers offer some sort of maintenance package for your new web site based on either a monthly, or annual fee. These rates can cost your company hundreds of pounds a year. 

Webs2Order believe that you should only pay for the time it takes to apply any changes you may need or want. It is likely that you will want to change something at some time, in order to keep your web site up to date.

For instance, simple updates could include, but are not limited to:

New Company Logo, or Colours New Photos or Graphics  New Pricing Structure Special Offers or Deals News on Company Expansion New Facilities Available New Contact Information, such as EMail addresses or Telephone Numbers

All changes will be estimated on an hourly basis, the above examples 
are likely to be completed well within an hour. 
(this will include the time taken to upload the edited or new pages to your web site).

There is a charge of £25 per hour for any agreed changes to the website. 

On-Going Charges

Domain Registration

This lasts from 2 to 5 years depending on the company used for registration. You should be aware that you will have to pay for continued registration after this period. Costs for this vary but you will be able to get an idea of cost based on your initial registration.

Hosting

This is usually an annual charge, currently £110.
